Tractor trailer cab destroyed in Tecumseh, Ont., vehicle fire

There were no injuries reported after a transport truck caught fire on Manning Road in Tecumseh.

Ontario Provincial Police officers responded around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday.

"The driver of the transport truck exited the vehicle, at which time it began to smoke and eventually caught fire," police said in a statement.

Manning was closed between Baseline Road and Walls Road for several hours as crews worked to clear the scene.

Police say investigators believe the cause of the fire is not suspicious.

They're asking anyone who may witnessed the incident to contact them.
