Jupiter James Timothy Chase-Evans is Windsor's first baby of the new year.
He was born at 1:01 a.m., on Jan. 1, 2025, at Windsor Regional Hospital.
This is the third child for parents Marissa Chase and Brandan Evans.
"It felt like it took forever, but dad says it went fast," said Chase, in a statement issued by the hospital — noting the labour was actually much shorter than for her previous two kids.
The couple says they're looking forward to introducing Jupiter, the latest edition to the Chase-Evans family, to his five-year-old brother and two-year-old sister when they get home.
"Brother and sister can't wait [to meet Jupiter]," said Evans.
"It's going to be great to have everyone at home, all comfortable and happy."
