Toronto police responded to the fire near Markham Road and McNicoll Avenue around 6:40 a.m.

Second vehicle next to truck also caught fire, police say

Toronto police are investigating after a tow truck was found on fire in a Scarborough parking lot on Saturday morning. 

Police responded to the fire near Markham Road and McNicoll Avenue around 6:40 a.m., according to a social media post. 

A second vehicle next to the truck also caught fire, they said. 

Fire crews said they extinguished the fire. No one was injured. 

Police said they haven't determined whether the fire is suspicious.
