Water main break causes road closures in Summerside

Crews in Summerside, P.E.I., are working to repair a water main break at Lefurgey Avenue that has resulted in a road closure from Granville Street to Arcona Street.

City says repairs will take up to 6 hours to complete

Crews in Summerside are working to repair a water main break at Lefurgey Avenue.

In a statement, the city said there is a road closure in effect from Granville Street to Arcona Street due to the break.

The city said it will take staff up to six hours to repair the water main. There could be low water pressure in the area.
