The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary took to Facebook to find a man who has four outstanding arrest warrants  and heard from him directly.

According to police, 29-year-old Rodney Wayne Constantine has warrants for assault, breach of probation and failure to appear in court.

Constantine also has outstanding highway traffic infractions.

The RNC shared a picture of Constantine on its Facebook page Saturday night, and asked for the public's help in locating him.

Shortly after, a man with a matching Facebook profile responded by posting, 'See you Monday morn[ing].'

Police quipped back, 'We're open 24/7/365.'

The man has since posted that he was not taunting police — and that he does, in fact, intend to turn himself in on Monday.

The Facebook post has been shared more than 200 times.
