RNC seeking help from Kenmount Terrace residents

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary is asking Kenmount Terrace residents in St. John's for security camera footage they have from the night of May 31.

A couple of houses and vehicles on Dauntless Street were sprayed with bullets from an assault rifle last week.

Police are looking for any information about a silver or grey car, possibly a Honda, which may be involved in the incident.

RNC are asking homeowners in the area with recorded security footage from 10 p.m. Friday, May 31 until 2 a.m. Saturday, June 1 from cameras directed at the road in front of their properties to contact them.

Police said the firearm they believe was used in the incident has been recovered.
