Our inbox is filled with thousands of photo submissions from all across Newfoundland and Labrador, showing every corner and every thing that our province has to offer.

As 2024 winds down, we're taking a look back at the year that was.

You'll see some of our favourite photos below, in no particular order. And if you're wondering what goes into picking our favourites, it could be something like composition or colour — but its often just the ones that spark a smile or resonate with us the most.

We got so many great shots of April's eclipse. Jim Stacy managed to get two extremely clear shot of the eclipse from the Bay d'Espoir highway and were able to merge them to show off the eclipse's prominence and corona at the same time. (Submitted by Jim Stacey)
