Woman, 28, found dead in downtown Winnipeg, homicide police investigating
The death of 28-year-old woman in downtown Winnipeg last week is being investigated as a homicide, police say.

The death of 28-year-old woman in downtown Winnipeg last week is being investigated as a homicide, police say.
Officers were called around 7:20 a.m. on July 5 to Kennedy Street, between Ellice and Qu'Appelle avenues, about a deceased person.
On Tuesday, they identified the woman as Ashley Isabella Murdock, who is originally from Fisher River and Jackhead First Nation, but living in Winnipeg.
Police said her death is suspicious and the homicide unit is now investigating.
