Classes will continue as scheduled at Bishop Murray High School in Saskatoon after a positive case of COVID-19 was identified there.&nbsp;

An email from a Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools (GSCS) indicated the school was made aware of the case Thursday.

The email says GSCS is "working with Public Health to inform parents and caregivers" about the case. The Saskatchewan Health Authority is conducting contact tracing.&nbsp;

GSCS says the risk of exposure for people who are not a close contact is low.&nbsp;

Their email also encouraged Saskatoon residents to be vigilant as cases increase in the area.&nbsp;

Saskatchewan students have been back in their classrooms for just over a month. And while there have been some COVID-19 cases in schools — including five cases at Holy Cross High School in Saskatoon — Chief Medical Health Officer Dr. Saqib Shahab said the overall number of positive cases in schools remains low.

The Saskatchewan Health Authority alerted the primary school to the case on Monday. It says the individual who tested positive was in multiple locations throughout the school and had multiple touch points with equipment and supplies.
