Toronto's Clairmont the Second is back with They said it would rain..., which is his first full-length album in four years. It's organized in a loose chronology of events and emotional states he experienced while living in his home neighbourhood of Weston in Toronto. Clairmont sits down with Q's Tom Power to tell us how, despite the challenges he's faced in recent years, the record ends in triumph.
