Severance is back for its second season. How does it hold up?

Season one of Severance ended on a huge cliffhanger. Fans patiently waited three years for their beloved TV show to return this past week. As the show picks back up, it brings more clues (and questions) about what has happened to the show's "severed" workers, who don't remember their work lives at home or their home lives at work.
