Season 2 of Silo is a post-apocalyptic thriller that speaks to our times
Critic Leila Latif share what the sci-fi series on Apple TV+ says about the moment we're in right now
Silo, the Apple TV+ series starring Rebecca Ferguson, tells the story of the last ten thousand people on Earth. They live in a mile-deep home underground to protect themselves from the dangerous world on the surface — but the catch is, no one knows when or why the silo was built.
The main character Juliette starts out looking for answers about a loved one's murder, but soon after gets wrapped up in a deadly mystery and a web of lies that goes far beyond anything she could have ever imagined.
Today on Commotion, film & television critic Leila Latif explains why the series has such loyal fans, and what it says about the moment we're in right now.
