Wheelchair basketball back on the court
Canada's women's team looks to improve to 2-0 in the tournament as the take on Argentina at 8:30 a.m. ET. Later, the men's squad attempts to right the ship and get their first win of these Games when they face Australia at 2:15 p.m. ET.
Dupont's 400-metre opportunity
Ilana Dupont has had her eyes set on the 400 T53 since she returned to competition last summer. "I'm coming in a lot stronger than I have ever been before." Dupont said. Her heat takes place at 11:33 a.m. ET.
Dispaltro's podium pursuit begins
Canadian parasport talisman Marco Dispaltro's pursuit of a second boccia medal begins Saturday. Dispaltro and his mixed pairs BC4 teammates begin with a match against Brazil at 11:40 a.m. ET and another at 5:50 p.m. ET against China.
Men's goalball looks to rebound
The team will look to put Friday's 11-3 loss to Brazil behind them as its tournament continues with a 4:30 p.m. ET tilt against Germany.
