John Gibbons is on a 2-for-2 streak.

Less than 24 hours after being tossed in Texas, the Blue Jays manager was thrown out out Monday night's game against Tampa Bay. Which meant he didn't have to watch the 13-2 drubbing his team suffered.

With the Jays being hammered at home by the Rays, Gibbons received the toss in the fourth inning after arguing a strikeout pitch against shortstop Troy Tulowitzki.

It was the third time this season that Gibbons has been ejected. The first came on 17 April against the Chicago White Sox.

The usually laid-back manager has now been ejected 35 times in his MLB career.
