Pitcher in right place at right time to make grab
Kevin Pillar hit his first MLB playoff home run on Monday and he won't have to worry about tracking down the ball to add to his collection.
That is, if his teammate agrees to give it up.
When Pillar's solo shot sailed over the fence in left-centre field to give the Blue Jays a 4-0 lead over the Texas Rangers in the top of the second inning, David Price just happened to be standing in the exact path of the ball as he warmed up in the bullpen.
Price calmly caught the ball with his glove and then reacted with amusement.
