As her time at The Current comes to a close, Anna Maria Tremonti looks back at some of the most memorable conversations from her 17 years as the show's host.

In 2013, she met Bob Erb. The B.C. man had won the lottery, but even before he cashed the cheque, he was writing plenty of his own — to whomever needed it in his community. As he shared his winnings, his lottery windfall turned into a gust for good fortune for the people around him.

Erb's generosity became the subject of Tremonti's documentary Pass it Around.

Produced by Elizabeth Hoath and Anna Maria Tremonti.
