Soprano Measha Bruggergosman's latest project is perhaps her most passionate. Songs of Freedom is not just an album, it is also a feature film and interactive website that use music to tell the story of Brueggergosman's journey through her family's history. Brueggergosman says she wanted to take on this project for her father and hopes that her personal quest will illustrate the "universal struggle for ultimate liberation."

Songs of Freedom is out now. Learn more about the project at the Songs of Freedom website.
