How Indigenous artist Angela Sterritt ended up painting a mural in a Chinese artists' village

It all started with an email Angela thought was spam.

The last thing artist and CBC journalist Angela Sterritt expected to get in her inbox was an email from a Chinese millionaire, asking her to paint a mural. 

Though she was suspicious at first, the request turned into a life-changing trip.

She talks to Candy about what it meant to have a chance to bring her Gitxsan art to rural China.
