Canadian Mine in Greece: CEO of Eldorado Gold

On Monday, we spoke with Maria Kadoglou, one of ten thousand people who marched last week to protest a Canadian gold mine project in Greece's Halkidiki region. The planned Skouries open pit mine is one of three in northern Greece owned by Vancouver-based Eldorado Gold. Eldorado has been granted an environmental permit to begin preparing the mining site, but needs additional permits before digging can begin. Paul Wright is the CEO of Eldorado Gold Corporation.
