When asked if he would introduce legislation amending the Criminal Code, new Justice Minister and Attorney General Sean Fraser said he finds it ‘weird’ that during the campaign the Conservatives pushed for the repeal of certain bills that Fraser said he thinks can actually be used to strengthen Canada’s justice system.
