Canada's oldest retailer, Hudson's Bay, is in court this week staring down the prospect of liquidating its business that has historical roots dating back to 1670. Tony Letvinchuk, managing director of Macdonald Commercial Real Estate, says it's likely that multi-floor retail or even mixed-use buildings take the place of the large department store buildings.
