Let out-of-province doctors work shifts in B.C. ERs, CMA says
Dr. Joss Reimer, president of the Canadian Medical Association, says reducing barriers for Canadian physicians to move between provinces is one solution to alleviate B.C.'s doctor shortages. She tells BC Today host Michelle Eliot that out-of-province doctors may be willing to travel and work shifts in B.C. hospitals if they did not have to apply for a new licence or pay fees.
