Investigators with the National Transportation Safety Board have recovered the flight recorders from the American Airlines jet carrying 60 passengers and four crew members that collided with a U.S. army Black Hawk helicopter as it prepared to land at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport on Wednesday night.
