Canadian businesswoman and current dragon on Dragon’s Den Arlene Dickinson says former dragon and businessman Kevin O’Leary, who recently met with U.S. President Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago, isn’t authorized to speak on behalf of Canadians. Dickinson was responding to a reporter's question in Montebello, Que., where government and business leaders were meeting to discuss a response to Trump’s tariff threats against Canada.
