Innovation Minister François-Philippe Champagne and former B.C. premier Christy Clark announced Tuesday that they will not run to replace Prime Minister Justin Trudeau as leader of the federal Liberal Party. Other possible contenders like House Leader Karina Gould have yet to announce one way or the other.
