It's the end of an era. After nearly 65 years, the Italian Bakery is closing its location in Edmonton's Chinatown area. The establishment first opened in 1960. It faced challenges, including a fire in 2020 that forced it to close for three years. Since reopening in 2023, it's been a struggle, and the owners decided it was time to say goodbye.
