The price of Canadian postage is about to go up — so much so that Donald Chang of P-Jay's Video Variety in Windsor has been warning his customers. As of Jan. 13, rates will increase by 25 per cent. Kat Pasquach, who does a lot of mail orders at her Windsor business Culture Shock Bead Co., is worried about the hike.
