Indian law enforcement agencies are investigating alleged links between dozens of Canadian colleges and the smuggling of foreign students over the Canada-U.S. border. The Indian probe was launched after a 2022 incident near a Manitoba-U.S. border crossing, where an Indian couple and their two children were found dead.
