Prime Minister Justin Trudeau opened his remarks at the NATO Parliamentary Assembly in Montreal, the location of violent anti-NATO protests over the weekend, by saying while people have the right to demonstrate there should never be any violence, and he expects 'those responsible to be pursued and punished under the full extent of the law.'
