P.E.I.’s ambulance service is raising awareness about cardiopulmonary resuscitation and other tools that can help if someone goes into cardiac arrest. Dispatchers say they have talked people through CPR over the phone more than 200 times in the last year alone, and knowing how to do it can save lives.
