A team at Canada’s Centre for Pandemic Research say they’ve found strong but circumstantial genetic evidence that COVID-19 jumped from animals to humans in Wuhan, China. Despite mounting evidence of an animal origin, many still believe it leaked from a Chinese virology lab.
