Andre Chabot is one of five city councillors who plan to introduce 20 amendments to the budget are aimed at reducing spending. He is also a big supporter of eliminating the proposed one per cent tax shift from business to residential properties. Chabot explained some of his reasons for that with the CBC's Rob Brown.
