An increase to the federal carbon tax kicks in this week, making it more expensive to fill up vehicles. As of Monday, a litre of gasoline will cost an extra 3.3 cents, and propane up 55 cents. But as CBC’s Greg Ross reports, as costs increase, so do the rebates.
