As far as survivor stories go, what John Livious has gone through really stands out. He was 18 years old when he fled New Orleans for Houston because of Hurricane Katrina. He was forced to leave his Houston home and he chose to go to Beaumont, Texas just before Harvey hit. He was then forced to leave Beaumont after that city suffered flooding. He joins us now from Lake Charles, Louisiana.
