Jodi Rossiter and Andrew French walk around downtown St. John’s twice a day and hand out water, snacks and other supplies. Some of the help they offer to people experiencing poverty or homelessness is referral of services. Rossiter and French are Thrive’s new outreach workers, after demand for services has soared.
