Ottawa residents happy to be on the Rideau Canal for the first time this winter

Skaters were glad to be on the Rideau Canal Thursday even though the experience is different this year due to COVID-19 safety measures. Concession stands and changing facilities are closed, and skaters are being asked to wear masks on the ice.
