Marc Emery tops list of 15 notable pot smokers

B.C.-based pot activist Marc Emery returns to Canada Tuesday via Windsor, Ont., when the so-called Prince of Pot is released by U.S. authorities. Emery served just over four years of a five-year sentence for selling marijuana seeds to American clients from his Vancouver-based company, Cannabis Culture.
