2024 Olympics draw cities interested in making host bids

Los Angeles joins Paris, Rome, Hamburg and Budapest in the bid process to host the 2024 Olympics, while Toronto considers entering the running before the Sept. 15 deadline. The election of the host city for the Summer Games will occur in the summer of 2017.
