10 years after Hurricane Katrina, parts of New Orleans struggle to rebuild

Ten years after Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans on Aug. 29, 2005, some sections of the Big Easy are thriving while others, like the Lower Ninth Ward, resemble the land time forgot.
