Meet Caitlyn Jenner — cover model, loving parent to 10 children and possibly the most talked-about transgender woman of 2015.

Jenner's long-awaited debut as a woman graces Vanity Fair's July 2015 issue, which hits the stands June 9.

The cover, shot by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz, is one of the first portraits of Jenner as Caitlyn.

Additional photos from Leibovitz's shoot inside Jenner's Malibu home in California are set to be revealed in the issue, alongside a "revealing" interview and story by Pulitzer Prize winner Buzz Bissinger. A behind-the-scenes video from the shoot can currently be seen on Vanity Fair's website.

While the full interview and photo spread won't drop until later this month, Vanity Fair tweeted out an image of Jenner on its July cover, just after noon ET on Monday morning.

A hashtag included with the tweet, #CallMeCaitlyn, rose to become the No. 1 trending topic on Twitter worldwide in less than an hour.

Jenner joined the conversation shortly thereafter, with the launch of her new Twitter account, @Caitlyn_Jenner.

"I'm so happy after such a long struggle to be living my true self," she wrote in her first text update. "Welcome to the world Caitlyn. Can't wait for you to get to know her/me."

In just one hour, Jenner's verified account had accumulated more than 400,000 followers, with many congratulating her online.

By approximately 4 p.m. ET, Jenner had beat U.S. President Barack Obama's record as the fastest-ever individual to reach one million followers on Twitter.

Many online have been using the #CallMeCaitlyn hashtag to celebrate Jenner's announcement since Vanity Fair's first tweet — and to weigh in on which Oscar-winning actresses and models they think she resembles.

It's no coincidence that the No. 2 trending topic worldwide right now is "Jessica Lange."

As they've already made clear numerous times, members of Jenner's family support her decision.

Stepdaughter Kim Kardashian, who announced Sunday that she's expecting her second child with husband Kanye West, was one of the first to see Caitlyn.

"She was dressed up: beautiful makeup, beautiful hair," Kim said to Access Hollywood earlier this month, calling Jenner "very, very beautiful."
