Paul Martin, Scotty Bowman among Order of Canada recipients

Gov. Gen. David Johnston presided over an Order of Canada investiture ceremony at Rideau Hall today, welcoming a former prime minister, former NHL coach and 42 other high-achieving Canadians into its distinguished circle.
