Nardwuar was not allowed to play the Hip Flip game or ask Conservative Leader Stephen Harper a question at a press conference on Tuesday.

Nardwuar the Human Serviette will have to wait for another day to play Hip Flip with Conservative Leader Stephen Harper.

The celebrity interviewer was in attendance at a North Vancouver hockey arena listening to Harper speak about a proposed tax credit for single seniors.

Nurdwuar, who recently played the Hip Flip game with Tom Mulcair and Justin Trudeau, claims that only one local reporter was allowed to ask the Conservative leader a question.

The question was eventually allocated to Global News after local reporters negotiated among themselves.

The Hip Flip board game, created by Parker Brothers in the '60s, requires two players to hold up a pole with their stomachs and gyrate in order to spin a hanging piece of plastic.

Political leaders including Paul Martin, Jean Chrétien, Jack Layton and Michael Ignatieff have all previously played the game.

Although Nardwuar was unable to interview or play Hip Flip with Harper this time around, the celebrity interviewer said on Twitter that "when Harper returns there might be another opportunity."

Some people were supportive.

While others were a little less kind.
