John Baird makes surprise appearance at Canada House re-opening

Canada House rolled out the red carpet in London for visiting VIP Queen Elizabeth, who dropped in for the offiical reopening of Canada's refurbished High Commission. But it was the presence of former foreign affairs minister John Baird that garnered attention from afar.
