Helen Mountford is vice-president of climate and economics at the World Resources Institute based in Washington, D.C., working closely with countries around the world to identify ambitious climate policies that also deliver jobs, growth and a competitive economy. She was previously deputy director of environment at the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in Paris.
