Clayton Thomas-Müller is a member of the Treaty #6 based Mathias Colomb Cree Nation, also known as Pukatawagan, located in Northern Manitoba. Clayton is the 'stop-it-at-the-source' campaigner with 350.org and is an organizer, facilitator, public speaker and writer on Indigenous rights and environmental and economic justice.

Redwashing is an attempt by a corporation to paint itself as "benevolent" — a good neighbour — through sponsorship schemes for Indigenous education, art and culture. It is the process of covering up the detrimental effects of corporate initiatives on the environment with friendly slogans and lump sum donations to Indigenous communities.
