Taylor Swift gives shout-out to Shake it Off lip-syncing officer Master Cpl. Jeff Davis

A video of a bald and burly Delaware police officer lip syncing and dancing to Taylor Swift's Shake it Off has received more than 20 million views on YouTube, and a shout-out from the popstar herself.

A video of a bald and burly Delaware police officer lip syncing and dancing to Taylor Swift's Shake it Off has received more than 20 million views on YouTube, and a shout-out from the popstar herself.

Master Cpl. Jeff Davis of the Dover Police Department has received so much attention for the video that he even went to New York on Wednesday to appear on Good Morning America, the Today show and America's Newsroom on Fox News.

The video, posted to the police department's Facebook page Friday, shows Davis in uniform and driving a patrol car while lip-syncing to the hit song — sassy head rolls and finger-pointing included.

On Sunday, Taylor Swift Tweeted a link to the video, writing: "LOLOLOLOL THE SASS."

The Dover Police Department has been fielding calls from media outlets as far away as Australia, Britain and Germany.

Davis, a 19-year veteran of the force, is known for being the department's "class clown".

The 48-year-old father of four attributes his expert knowledge of Shake it Off to his 10-year-old daughter.
