The drought is over for Beliebers.

Canadian pop juggernaut Justin Bieber released What Do You Mean?, the first single off his upcoming album, Friday morning.

The song, produced by dubstep giant Skrillex, is from the 21-year-old's first new album since 2012's Believe. According to Billboard, the album, whose title hasn't yet been revealed, should be available on Nov. 13.

It's another chapter in the budding working relationship between Bieber and Skrillex; Bieber previously guest-starred on the song Where Are U Now, which was headlined by Skrillex and Diplo. It debuted as part of the latter duo's album Jack U, and will also be on the track list of Bieber's next album.

Since posting this morning, What Do You Mean? has amassed just under 500,000 views on YouTube. Bieber also promoted it on his Twitter account with a short promo video featuring talk show host Ellen DeGeneres.

Bieber will perform What Do You Mean? for the first time at the upcoming MTV Video Music Awards this Sunday.
