An Iranian film's Oscar journey

Iran's A Separation is a favourite to take home the foreign-language film Oscar on Sunday. Ex-pat Iranians have watched with its progress to the awards with fascination, Lyndsay Duncombe reports from Los Angeles.

At a time when relations are tense between the U.S. and Iran, the film represents a rare glimpse of real people working through ordinary domestic problems inside the Islamic country.
