P.E.I. campaign trail: Leaders prepare for debate

All four party leaders will spend a good portion of Monday getting ready for the campaign's first televised debate at the Harbourfront Theatre in Summerside.

Both Liberal Leader Wade MacLauchlan and Progressive Conservative Leader Rob Lantz will spend some time campaigning in Charlottetown. MacLauchlan will be focusing specifically on Charlottetown-Brighton, where Lantz is running, as well as spending time in his own district of York-Oyster Bed.

Green Party Leader Peter Bevan-Baker will also be out canvassing this afternoon in his own District 17 before heading to Summerside.

The debate featuring all four leaders will run from 6:30-8 p.m. AT. CBC will air the debate on television, radio and online at CBC.ca/pei.
