Grade 4 students from John Costello Catholic School in southwest Calgary wrote a letter to tell Rob Lewis that it's important to vote. It's part of a Calgary Eyeopener series called Make Rob Care.

When Deirdre Cooksley's Grade 4 students heard about the Calgary Eyeopener's #MakeRobCare campaign, they wanted in.

This is the election series where the CBC Radio program tries to convince one ambivalent voter, 34-year-old Rob Lewis, to care enough to vote in the May 5 provincial election.

The students wrote a letter to Rob to convince him that his vote is important. They also held their own election to see who would read it, with 10-year-old Will and and nine-year-old Arianna being voted to represent the class.
